How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?

Call, send us an email, with your date, time, and location or fill in your booking information on the booking page. We'll respond letting you know if it is available.

Where do you operate?

We operate in Central West Ontario including the (GTA). We charge in blocks of 10KM for additional travel. If your event falls outside our listed travel distance fees please contact us.

How many people can play at once?

We have the capacity for up to 24 players at once inside, however recommended party size is 8-12.  

How do I know the trailer can come to my house?

Our driver is a professionals they can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn't a very sharp hill, and there is enough room to park we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church, or parking lot!

 Will the kids know what to do?

That's why we bring  game coach ! He or she helps the kids along, inspires and instructs them. 

Do I request certain games?

We do request that if you want games above ESRB 10+, ESRB -Teen games, you send us an e-mail or list them  when booking.

What about bad weather?

We come rain or shine, cold or hot, our mobile Game Truck / theater is equipped with climate control for your comfort. Safety is our priority, rest assured we only operate under safe conditions.

Question: Do I tip the Driver or Game Coach ?

Our Driver &  game coaches are there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun &  work hard before, during, and after the event to ensure everyone has a good time. Gratuity is not required, it is encouraged and appreciated if you feel our team has exceeded your expectations. 

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay a deposit or arrange to drop off your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time are still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception, and we can talk about options.

What time will you be arriving?

Our driver &  game coach arrive with plenty of time to setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 15-60 minutes ahead of time.

Do we need to sign a liability release form?

Yes, however we make it easy for parents to sign just one liability release form if they agree to accept full responsibility for any incidents or damages for all players or guests. All players and guests include any person on or off the homeowner's property who engages in 905 GAME ZONE, whether invited or not. If the homeowner/host waives the option to accept full responsibility, then it is up to the parent or homeowner to collect and provide signed liability release forms for all guests before the event or party begins.
